The challenge

Moxie had been running on a legacy Blogspot for years — capable of holding text, but completely failing the band's actual format. Their music lives in video, photo, and audio, none of which the old setup could showcase. Booking inquiries and press were slipping through the cracks because the site looked unmaintained.

Our approach

A static site built around the way the band actually performs. A Mother Earth hero with rotating background and a Three.js guitar loader on the home page. A 10-track YouTube grid on /videos. A 21-photo masonry lightbox on /pictures. A featured-plus-grid SoundCloud catalogue on /audio. And a band-story /about page that finally reads like the band sounds.

Outcome

A site Moxie can actually point bookers and press at. Fast, no build step, easy for the band to update — drop a photo into the assets folder, add the filename, ship.
